Warm Corners of the Aegean
Warm Corners of the Aegean
In this series, I paint the places where the island exhales — the small cafés and quiet tavernas where light softens, where wine glows in the dusk, and where voices settle into the rhythm of evening air.
I’m drawn to these corners because they hold a kind of warmth that is both simple and tender: a wooden chair touched by the last sun, a table waiting for two, a lantern flickering against white walls.
Here, the Aegean feels close and human — a meeting of salt, light, and the gentle intimacy of summer nights.
